Brisbane Infill Land Opportunity

Following on from my introduction to Jason Williams last week, Jason has put together a quick snapshot of the sort of house and land he can help you organise.

On Saturday, Jason did some land availability research for Brisbane areas and found quite a few that would be great opportunities for investors.

Extract from Jason;

74 Dawson Parade Keperra – $475+ – We have a plan ready to go on that block – Dawson Parade is a fairly busy road, although not a main road, but the entry price reflects this.

1 Villeroy St Nundah – The following design would suit this block:

There were also 3 split duplicate blocks in Banyo, Nundah, Boondall that would be great options as well. We have plenty of designs to suit these blocks or clients can customise their own.
20 Olive St Hendra – Great potential area for house prices.

These are just some examples of infill land that Jason is able to help you source. If there are particular areas that you are interested in, Jason can also help look in specific areas for you. Make sure that you have an idea of your financing capacity and don’t forget to talk to our broker associate Heather Ford, if you haven’t already.
