Hudson Financial Planning - Expansion of Hudson Finance Provides New Benefits

Expansion Of Hudson Finance Provides New Benefits

I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a year of change and a year of impact. Hudson has navigated its way through the last six months and after four months of working from home, we have opened the office again. Like the rest of the world, we have had plenty of time to ponder the future direction of Hudson and we are committed to bringing added value to our members through some exciting new opportunities.

The first of these new ventures is the expansion of our finance team to offer new opportunities to our members. We would like to welcome Nicole Green to our mortgage broking team. Nicole (nee Forbes) has returned to Hudson after 20 years, having originally worked as an adviser for Hudson from 1996-1999. Nicole was involved in the original First Class Ticket seminars and I’m sure some of our members will remember Nicole presenting around the country. After many years running her own companies, Nicole has returned to bring her knowledge and love of finance to Hudson. This is a wonderful addition to our current team of mortgage brokers. Nicole brings with her over 20 years of experience working in finance and business and a new skill set that involves asset finance and commercial lending to complement our current team.

Heather has come on board to help support the Hudson Finance Brokers and their clients through the home loan applications process. From the initial inquiry through to settlement Heather will be there to guide you. Having previous experience with over 20 different lenders, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge to the brokering team. Before joining the finance industry Heather worked at Qantas Airways for 21 years in people and customer management where customer service became a passion. We are very excited to have her with us at Hudson.

In the coming weeks we will be sending out a special finance e-bulletin, highlighting opportunities and offering case studies within our growing finance area. We will also let you know how to secure a spot for the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme.

For members that have done their finance with our finance team, we are now able to offer very competitive car loans, so If you are thinking about your finances and if we are able to help with cars for you or your children, Hudson is now in a position to help. Look out for our finance e-bulletin as we will outline further details on this opportunity.

We look forward to hearing from some of our members that remember Nicole as well as any member who thinks that now is the time to check their ‘mortgage health’, to embark on a plan for the future, and to look for ways to maximise cash flow.
